Bedford Post Acute is a wonderful place. My father goes there once a month for a few days. The staff is amazing. He has dementia and they all are so caring towards him. He enjoys his time there. It gives me comfort and peace knowing he is in such a good place and will be looked after well.

My grandma is a resident at this facility. My grandpa was also there. The care that he received and that my grandma receives is wonderful. I couldn’t ask for any better care. The staff are amazing and so kind to her.

I came to your facility as a vendor. Honestly your team was more than welcoming and the person who met with me showed me around and gave detailed information,that pertained to my job and I felt as though I’ve been a part of the team for a long time . Not left to flounder and unsure of what to do. I want to thank Ashley she was awesome and really cares about the resident ,as well as all the needs and overall safety of them as of each one was personally related to her . Thank you Lisa

My wife was transferred here today after a week stay at UPMC Altoona . All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff are friendly and take very good care of my mom. She has dementia and know that sometimes that can be a challenge. The center is very clean and Dr. Zubeck , sat and spoke with me in regard to my mom within a week of her being there, which made me feel a lot better. I am very impressed and feel secure about my mom being here.

You enter the facility to a very friendly and smiling receptionist. I walked down the hall and each staff member met me with a smile and a hello. All the residents I met were smiling and nodding. What a warm and welcoming feeling that came from the hallways. I certainly recommend everyone to visit and experience what I felt. Caring for the residents are top priority .

This review is in response to question regarding our family member She is an 89 year old who went to Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh and there she had surgery to repair a hernia and a hole in her stomach She had a stomach that was twisted so it was very serious She was released to you facility and is happy to be near her family and is very satisfied with the staff and doctors and nurses She looks so good and her spirits are improved I believe she will continue to improve and will soon be in her own home Thank you

My Dad has been there for 6 days. He is isolated due to Covid. He’s a very social person so being alone is hard on him. All of the Nurse Assistants have been very kind to him. I thank you for that.

It was my first time visiting this facility to see my father who had been recently admitted. Everyone was very sweet and helpful and as I looked around at the interactions of the staff with the patients I got a good sense that they were very sincere and cared a lot about what they were doing.

My Dad is a resident there. He is receiving very good care. The staff is always polite and caring. Receive updates if there are any changes. One thing that I recommend is that they have a wing with lock down capability for patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. It is needed in our area.

Mom was admitted three weeks ago, while waiting for her arrival the person sitting behind the desk was courteous and very friendly. She spoke to me like she had known me for years and it made me so comfortable. She walked me back to Moms room and gave me a brief history on Donahoe and their team to ease my mind. When she exited her room, she told me if I ever had any questions or concerns to ask for her, she is the administrator. Today, when visiting Mom, she was in the hallway talking with a resident, she leaned down and stroked his face so lovingly and in return, he pinched her cheek and they both laughed. Afterwards, she saw me and approached me, extending her hand to say hello and inquired about Mom and told me she checks in on her daily for she is now family. That is customer service at it’s best, I am so happy we chose to place Mom here, we sleep easy at night.

If I this place was any worse it would be shut down. My friend was lied to and about even called delusional talked to in a manner that appalled me which I personally heard yelled out and repeatedly ignored when the call light was on once for over an hour. Shocked is an understatement.

It’s an okay place to leave your loved ones but things keep disappearing and they don’t attend to the patients who are freezing

Great,from Nurse’s clear up to the Social Services and Management,my Mother was there and they treated her Amazingly!!!
